For Swiss fiduciaries
The beneficial owners of your mandates, and the deadline for each.
Since 1 October 2026, every AG / SA, GmbH / Sàrl and cooperative has had to report its beneficial owners to the transparency register. The first report is due by 01.01.2027, 01.02.2027, 01.03.2027 or 01.04.2027, depending on the legal form and the audit regime (the deadlines in detail), and within one month of the SOGC publication of a change in the commercial register. What a fiduciary tracks across two hundred mandates, this tool tracks instead: who has to report by when, what is missing from whom, where the EasyGov power of attorney stands.
Database in Zurich, each fiduciary isolated from the others by the database's access rules, a copy of an identity document requested only for persons not in the AHV/AVS register, no language model. The details, and what the tool does not keep: trust and data protection (in French).
The portfolio, as it is displayed
The invented mandates of a fictitious fiduciary. Deadlines are calculated as of today, under art. 51 TLPA; for each company, the status of the file and the next step, the most pressing first. Each row opens in the demo.

Portfolio
Your mandates, pasted from Excel: a column of UIDs is enough. The UID is checked, then the company name, registered office and legal form are read from the commercial register's publications (SOGC) since 2016; a company with no publication since then is completed by hand. The deadline for the first report is calculated under art. 51 TLPA, with the legal basis written next to each date. The audit regime, which the registers do not publish, is yours to confirm; a waiver of the limited audit (opting out) found in the SOGC is flagged.
File per company
The beneficial owners, with the details the register checks against the AHV/AVS register: surname, first name, date of birth, nationalities. What is missing is listed before the report, because an entry the register cannot verify may lead to a formal notice to correct, subject to a fee.
Collection link
The shareholder receives a link, valid for 14 days, that needs no account. They fill in their details and upload their identity document when it is required, that is, only if they are not in the AHV/AVS register.
EasyGov power of attorney
The report goes through EasyGov, and a third party reports there for a company once authorised, company by company: by a power-of-attorney letter posted to the registered office and signed by the authorised signatories, or by an invitation from a person already authorised. The status of each power of attorney is tracked per mandate.
Change monitoring
The commercial register's publications are read every day for the portfolio's UIDs. A change starts the one-month period, and the mandate moves to the top.
Outputs
A summary ready to be re-entered in EasyGov, in the order of the register's data, and a printable due diligence file for the management body, which is responsible for the report.
Who
Transparentia is published by a sole proprietorship, not entered in the commercial register, based in Juriens (VD), and is hosted on a database in Zurich. Name, UID, address and contact details of the publisher: trust page (in French).
How to start
An account with your email address, the UID column of your mandates pasted in, then each file completed by hand or through the link you send to the shareholder. Create an account.
Each member sets the interface to French, German or English, and each link sent to a shareholder goes out in the language chosen for them.
What the tool does not do
- It does not report on the company's behalf: reporting to the transparency register is free and is done on EasyGov, by the company or its representative, or under certain conditions through the commercial register.
- It is not the transparency register and has no connection with the Confederation: it is a private tool. It does not consult the register, which is not public, and does not check any third-party company.
- It writes nothing with a language model: every date is calculated, every label is written.
- It does not give legal advice: the articles cited refer to the text of the law, to be read before any report.
